First Presbyterian Church of Grand Haven is thrilled to host a free event on the morning of Saturday, November 9, featuring best-selling author Traci Smith! A pastor and mother of three, Traci Smith invites us to explore creative, accessible, and meaningful faith practices. Her program will focus on ideas from her popular book, Faithful Families for Advent & Christmas, offering ways to bring the sacred back into the holiday season.

The event will kick off with breakfast at 9 a.m., followed by the main program from 10 a.m. to noon. Every participant will receive a complimentary copy of Traci Smith’s book Faithful Families for Advent & Christmas, along with an Advent kit. Thanks to the generosity of a donor, the event is completely free! However, registration is required by November 1. You can register at https://bit.ly/3XK4SfK or by contacting the church office at 616-842-6760.

This event is designed for adults—parents, grandparents, caregivers, aunts, uncles, and friends alike. Even if you don’t have children but are seeking fresh, creative ways to engage with the Advent season, this event is for you! Please note that there will not be a children’s program or childcare available.

Don’t miss this special morning filled with inspiration and ideas! Invite a friend to join you as we prepare to celebrate the holiday season in a meaningful way.
