Upon request, FPC can supply a television, VCR or DVD player, screen, microphone, podium and whiteboard. Please note that church-related events and activities have first priority for room and equipment usage. Only church staff technicians are authorized to use certain video or audio equipment.
Groups not affiliated with the church requiring special set-up and break-down should make arrangements to handle this themselves.
Events scheduled from Friday at 5:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m. Sunday require a $125.00 custodial fee to be paid prior to the event.
All groups using the church are responsible for turning off the lights and securing the doors at the end of their event. If necessary, call the church office to arrange to pick up a key.
FPC reserves the right to change the room requested to accommodate unforeseen schedule and calendar changes.
